P. D. Heath, Celia Moss and N. E. F. Cartlidge

Departments of Neurology (Drs. Heath and Cartlidge) and Dermatology (Dr. Moss), the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, United Kingdom.

Address correspondence and reprint requests to Dr. Heath, Department of Neurology, the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, United Kingdom.

Accepted for publication February 19, 1982.
