Ataxic hemiparesis with trigeminal weakness

Department of Neurology, National Hospital of Beppu (Ilrs. Sakai and Murakarni), and the Department of RadiolokT, Almeida Memorial Hospital (Ur. Itoj, Oita, Japan.

We experienced a most unusual case of right-sided ataxic hemiparesis with left masticatory involvement, in which we confirmed the responsible lesion in the basis pontis by computerized tomography.
